Austin Car Repairs is a matching service that connects vehicle owners with vetted auto repair shops in the Austin, Texas area. We do not directly provide auto repair services. All repairs are performed by independently owned and operated auto repair shops.

Third-Party Services

The repair shops we match you with are independent businesses. While we vet them for certification, honesty and fair pricing, we are not responsible for the quality, timeliness or outcome of their repairs. All service agreements, pricing, warranties and disputes are between you and the matched repair shop.

Communications Consent

By submitting a form with the TCPA consent checkbox selected, you consent to receive calls and text messages at the phone number provided from this website and one matched service provider. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.

Limitation of Liability

Austin Car Repairs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from auto repair services provided by matched shops, your use of this website, or any actions taken based on information provided on this site. Our role is limited to matching and vetting.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
